Our 1st Newsletter
The project’s 1st Newsletter, after one year and seven months of it’s beginning is ready!
WinOnLine focuses to unemployed women over 40 years old, who are facing difficulties to enter or re-enter to the labour market and they want to be e-entrepreneurs, but they have low digital and entrepreneurship skills. Project proposes to answer to the individualized needs of this target group, by helping them create their own e-businesses according to their special needs, priorities and capability.
In those months, all partners from the participant countries – Finland, Lithuania, Italy, Greece, Spain & Cyprus – have cooperated in order to reach the project’s aims and even outreach them. The Covid-19 Pandemic has caused a lot of changes in the programming, but also a lot of success was achieved. Our partners meet online monthly and have made so much progress on the project’s aims:
- Two online surveys were conducted, the results of which have offered important information about women entrepreneurship.
- All partners organized workshops in their countries with participants women over 40. The conversation made after the presentation of the project has helped to improve and add to the training program that is on the making.
