Introduction to the training program

Training for e-entrepreneurship
This online training is aiming at meeting the needs of women across Europe, who are over 40 years old and want to become e-entrepreneurs, as they are challenged when seeking jobs. Nevertheless, being a woman over 40 years old, is NOT a prerequisite for joining the training, any person, who wishes to be informed, learn, acquire knowledge and/or strengthen their skills and competences regarding e-entrepreneurship is welcome to do so.

Training structure
The training program is consisted of 6 modules, that the partnership produced following thorough research and identification of needs and requirements, which encompass the core elements for navigating one-self into the contemporary e-entrepreneurial environment with concrete knowledge, information, tools, and acquired skills.

Training objectives
The specific objectives of the training are tο support women over 40, and everyone who wishes, to become e-entrepreneurs to gain comprehensive knowledge of the e-entrepreneurship sector, to become equipped with the necessary skills and competencies to run their business online and become independent entrepreneurs, as well as to guide them on how to gain a competitive advantage in the labour market and promote their innovative business ideas.
