For this reason, p-consulting.gr and Patras Women Union decided to organise together a big Event (a conference), and invited representatives from authorities, public organisations, women-members of the Union, local women entrepreneurs and e-entrepreneurs, unemployed women, stakeholders from all over Greece, etc.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/winonline.training\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/win-patras-img2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-23089\" src=\"https:\/\/winonline.training\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/win-patras-img2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"265\" srcset=\"https:\/\/winonline.training\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/win-patras-img2.jpg 777w, https:\/\/winonline.training\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/win-patras-img2-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/winonline.training\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/win-patras-img2-768x509.jpg 768w, https:\/\/winonline.training\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/win-patras-img2-624x414.jpg 624w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>They all gathered and discussed the challenges that women, over 40, face both socially and professionally, when they wish to enter or re-enter the entrepreneurial sector. The main and unquestionable conclusion was that, however big and multiple the challenges for modern women, <strong>future lies in e-entrepreneurship<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/winonline.training\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/win-patras-img3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-23095\" src=\"https:\/\/winonline.training\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/win-patras-img3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"265\" srcset=\"https:\/\/winonline.training\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/win-patras-img3.jpg 798w, https:\/\/winonline.training\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/win-patras-img3-300x198.jpg 300w, https:\/\/winonline.training\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/win-patras-img3-768x508.jpg 768w, https:\/\/winonline.training\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/win-patras-img3-624x413.jpg 624w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>During the event all results, of the WIN on-line project, delivered by partners were presented such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Compendium of existing innovative and effective practices and tools for women e-entrepreneurs<\/li>\n<li>The Training course for e-entrepreneurship<\/li>\n<li>The Mentoring sessions for aspiring e-entrepreneurs<\/li>\n<li>A Video compilation of interviewees-entrepreneurs from all partners\u2019 countries, aiming at elevating and enhancing the status of women e-entrepreneurs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The attendees\u2019 number surpassed all expectations, and there was high interest in the project\u2019s results and to the dates, these results will be openly available to all interested individuals.
