width=\"389\">Lithuanian<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n&nbsp;\n<h3><strong>Presentation\/Description of the method<\/strong><\/h3>\nThe project is based on the idea of different kind of training courses for women to encourage their entrepreneurship.\n\n3 days of general training were designed to help women integrate into labour market or start an individual activity, create their own business.\n\n2 special training programs were developed:\n<ul>\n \t<li>4 days training course \u201cBe entrepreneurial\u201d for women, who want to start their own business or individual activity;<\/li>\n \t<li>3 days training course \u201cBe visible to the employer\u201d helping to integrate into labour market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nDuring the project period specialists individual and group consultations were organized.\n\nDuring the project period different type of events were organized like round table, interregional trainings, trainings \u201cCreativity in business\u201d.\n\n&nbsp;\n<h3><strong>General objectives<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n \t<li>To empower women experiencing social exclusion to occupy an equal position in the labour market, to start and develop their own business;<\/li>\n \t<li>To strengthen interconnections, share experience, encourage networking between like-minded women and support each other in search of work or building a business;<\/li>\n \t<li>To consolidate or broaden acquired knowledge and skills, share experience between the project participants from different districts and promote their social cooperation;<\/li>\n \t<li>To create short video presentations of participants business ideas using the principles of digital storytelling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n&nbsp;\n<h3><strong>Why it has been selected as good practice<\/strong><\/h3>\nThis project was selected as an example of good practise because:\n<ul>\n \t<li>247 women from 11 Lithuania districts were trained;<\/li>\n \t<li>89 women from 247 found the job;<\/li>\n \t<li>3 women business were created;<\/li>\n \t<li>9 business ideas came up during trainings process;<\/li>\n \t<li>29 commercial videos were created.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nLink where \u201cWomen information center\u201d.
