WIN On-Line is one of the new European Erasmus + KA2 Projects, aiming at the enhancing of digital and entrepreneurial skills of women over 40, to promote their reintegration into the labor market.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The objective of the meeting was to build a solid foundation between the partners and share essential information, in order for them to clarify the project goals, its substance and the future activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en-US\">At the meeting, the partners discussed the difficulties women over 40 are facing in the labor market and how they can overcome them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en-US\">In addition, timetables were established for the next actions and for the upcoming meeting that will take place on 29 &amp; 30 June in Patras, Greece.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Project partners are\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ysao.fi\/Suomeksi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Yl\u00e4-Savo Municipal Federation of Education<\/b><\/span><\/a><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0from Finland,\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.apid.to.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Apid Imprenditorialita Donna<\/b><\/span><\/a><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0from Italy,\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.errotu.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Errotu<\/b><\/span><\/a><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0from Spain,\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurosc.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Eurosuccess consulting<\/b><\/span><\/a><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0from Cyprus,\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.svietimoprofsajunga.lt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Letu<\/b><\/span><\/a><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0from Lithuania,\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/p-consulting.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>p-consulting.gr<\/b><\/span><\/a><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/egypa.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Patras<\/b><\/span>\u00a0<span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Women<\/b><\/span>\u00a0<span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Union<\/b><\/span><\/a><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0from Greece.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Kick-off meeting for European Project WIN On-Line was carried out on 18 &amp; 19 November 2019, in Iisalmi, Finland.
